During the first half of 2022, India witnessed two cable car accidents. The first mishap took place in Jharkhand’s Deoghar district on April 10. The rescue operation continued for 48 hours. Sadly, three people lost their lives. Over 38 people were rescued. The second mishap took place in Himachal’s Parwanoo. Luckily, there was no loss of life, and all 11 stranded tourists were rescued.
